Chrissie Wunna

Born in Pontefract, West Yorkshire in 1980 to Burmese parents who both worked as doctors, Chrissie Wunna is a British glamour model, actress, and reality television personality of Myanmar heritage. Raised in Yorkshire and educated at a private boarding school in West Yorkshire, she later relocated to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career, and has since split her time between England and West Hollywood.

Early Career and Glamour Modelling

Chrissie first gained public attention through glamour modelling, becoming the first Asian woman to be photographed for Zoo Weekly magazine. During that period, she was voted "Sexiest Woman on TV of the Week" in the publication. In 2012, she published her book, Diaries of a Glamour Puss Model.

Acting Career

Her screen debut came in 2009 with a supporting role in Radio Rock Revolution. A few years later, in 2013, she appeared in the TV movie Sex Toy Stories. Her acting work remained sporadic for several years before picking up pace around 2020, when she began taking on a mix of smaller and larger roles in predominantly low-budget film productions.

A more prominent role came in 2022 with Pterodactyl 2. The following year, Chrissie landed the lead role of Casey Roberts in The Escapee, a part she reprised in two sequels: The Escapee 2: The Woman in Black and The Escapee 3: The Final Escape, both released in 2024. The Escapee franchise represents her most sustained acting work to date.

Reality Television

Chrissie has made appearances on British reality programming over the years. In 2018, she was a participant on First Dates. In 2023, she appeared on an episode of Naked Attraction, the Channel 4 nude dating show.
