BabeWiki (hereinafter referred to as "the Site") is an automated news, information, and directory service. The Site is not a "producer" of any sexually explicit content as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

All materials appearing on this Site are exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 because:

• The Site acts solely as a directory and listing service. It does not produce, create, manufacture, or direct the production of any sexually explicit content.
• All content displayed on the Site, including but not limited to images, videos, and text, is hosted by third-party websites or is sourced from publicly available information (such as public profiles, Wikipedia, and other databases).
• The Site creates no "secondary" content as defined by the statutes.

Content Responsibility

BabeWiki has no control over the content hosted on third-party websites linked to from this Site. We do not maintain records of the performers depicted in such third-party content.
