Raised by her grandparents in Pomona, California, Stacy Burke entered modeling at 18 after a former classmate recruited her for a college calendar shoot. That initial job launched a five-year stretch of mainstream modeling and acting work before she transitioned into the adult and fetish industry.

Transition to Fetish and Adult Work

The shift came through fellow model Tasha Welch, who introduced Stacy to the bondage and fetish business. She quickly built a presence in several niche categories, including bondage, foot fetish, superheroine, latex, and catfight content. Producers such as Harmony Concepts, Close-Up Concepts, and DT Wrestling became regular employers. She also worked with FM Concepts on foot fetish material and occasionally used the stage name "Kat Lieber." Her career in front of the camera spanned roughly 1993 to 2007, covering about 14 years of active work.

The Crimson Hawk and Other Projects

Stacy's fetish work led to her casting as the title character in the internet series "Crimson Hawk," a superheroine property that drew on the damsel-in-distress themes found in early Wonder Woman stories by William Moulton Marston. The role became one of her more recognized credits within the fetish community. Her first hardcore title was Ed Powers's "More Dirty Debutantes 2000 Vol. 113."

Public Appearances and Television

In 2000, Stacy participated in a publicity stunt at the Cannes Film Festival, where she was set on fire while wearing a flameproof suit and emerged in a bikini after the flames were extinguished. She also appeared multiple times on the E! reality series "The Girls Next Door," which documented life at the Playboy Mansion. Stacy was a former girlfriend of Hugh Hefner, and her wedding to boyfriend Roy was featured in the episode "Tying the Naughty." According to former Hefner girlfriend Izabella St. James, the relationship ended after Hefner and his other girlfriends learned about Stacy's hardcore work. She also appeared on the VH1 program "That Metal Show" in a music trivia segment.
