Shay Laren

Born on December 31, 1985, at Fort Benning, Georgia, Shay Laren grew up in a military family as the youngest of four children. Her father's career took the family to Air Force bases in Germany and Hawaii, where she spent much of her youth. After a brief marriage at 18 that ended in divorce in 2005, she turned to modeling at the encouragement of friend and former Penthouse Pet Crystal Klein, whom she had met while living in Hawaii.

Career Timeline

Shay entered the adult industry in 2006, quickly landing a Penthouse cover and earning the title of Penthouse Pet of the Month for June 2006. That issue reportedly became one of the magazine's stronger sellers that year. Her career, which ran from 2006 to approximately 2014, was defined by a consistent commitment to softcore and solo content. She never crossed into hardcore boy/girl work, and her girl/girl material remained limited to kissing and light physical contact rather than explicit scenes.
