Born on November 14, 1977, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Sara Jay has maintained one of the longer continuous careers in adult entertainment, active since 2001 with over two decades of work to her name.

Early Years and Entry into the Industry

Sara is of German and Irish descent and studied psychology at the University of Cincinnati. To fund her education, she began exotic dancing at clubs in the Midwest at age 18. After suffering a head injury from a fall on stage, she shifted her focus toward adult film work. She relocated to Las Vegas in 2001 and quickly began appearing on adult websites, launching her official site in mid-2004.
