Rhian Sugden

Starting her career at 19 after friends encouraged her to try modelling, Rhian Sugden has been a fixture in British glamour modelling for nearly two decades. Born on 11 September 1986 in Bury, Greater Manchester, she left her job as a network administrator to pursue modelling full time after being accepted by the Samantha Bond Agency in London, a firm known for representing Page 3 talent.

Career Timeline

Rhian made her first appearance on Page Three of The Sun in August 2006. Over the following years she became a regular feature, while also appearing in publications such as Maxim, Loaded, Zoo, and Nuts. In 2008, she was part of a BBC documentary series called Glamour Girls, which followed the working lives and photo shoots of models across the country.

She later signed with Girl Management, an agency representing glamour and Page 3 models. Over the course of her career, she has posed for 66 covers and 66 photosets. As one of the longer-serving British Models in the glamour space, her activity from 2006 to the present marks roughly 19 years in the industry.

By January 2019, she reported being fitted at 30H, a significant increase. In July 2025, she disclosed that she had undergone a breast reduction, going from 32HH to 32D, describing the change as a loss of five cup sizes. Her breasts remain natural post-surgery.
