Starting her weight training journey at just 14 years old, Nataliya Kuznetsova has spent over two decades building one of the most decorated careers in women's strength sports and bodybuilding. Also known as Natalia Trukhina, she was born on July 1, 1991, in Russia and stands 5'8" at a competition weight of approximately 220 lbs.

Early Career and Academic Foundation

Before focusing on powerlifting and bodybuilding, Nataliya practiced several combat sports during her formative years. She began competitive lifting around 2005 and quickly established herself in Russian strength sport circles. In 2008, she enrolled at the Moscow State University of Physical Education, completing her degree in 2013. That academic background in exercise science would prove instrumental in shaping her training methodology and competitive approach.

Competitive Record

Nataliya's competitive resume spans multiple strength disciplines. She claimed the Baykal Grand Prix bodybuilding title in both 2007 and 2008, marking her early presence on the stage. Her 2014 season was particularly prolific: she won the Russian Championship in armlifting with a record-breaking performance, took the world championship in the same discipline at an event held in Crimea, and captured European titles in both bench press and deadlift under the WPC federation. That year also saw her claim Eurasian championships in bench press, deadlift, and armlifting under the GPA banner.

In 2015, she continued accumulating titles, winning the Cup of Eastern Europe under the GPA with a world record in the deadlift, along with additional traction and axle rolling titles under the WAA federation.

Transition to Professional Bodybuilding

Having dominated in powerlifting and armlifting, Nataliya shifted her focus toward competitive bodybuilding. This transition culminated in 2018 when she competed at the IFBB WOS Romania Muscle Fest Amateur division, placing first and earning her IFBB Pro card. The achievement marked her formal entry into professional bodybuilding after years of success in strength-based competition.

Fitness Industry Presence

Beyond competition, Nataliya works as a fitness trainer and fitness model. She maintains an active presence on social media platforms under the handle "nataliya.amazonka," where she documents her training and physique. She also operates an adult content platform, expanding her reach beyond the traditional fitness audience. Her muscular build, at measurements of 50-28-29, has made her a recognizable figure in both strength sport and physique modeling circles. She has brown hair, brown eyes, and a navel piercing.
