Competition Career

Lisa's competitive record begins in 2009, when she placed second at both the NABBA England and NABBA Universe contests before taking first place at the UKBFF Hercules. She followed that with a win at the 2010 UKBFF British Championships, establishing herself as one of the top female bodybuilders in the UK. In 2011, she competed internationally at the Arnold Amateur Europe and the Women's World Amateur Championships, finishing fourth in both.

After a gap, she returned to the Arnold Amateur Europe in 2013, placing second. Her transition to IFBB professional competition came in 2014 with an appearance at the IFBB Tampa Pro, where she placed 16th.
