Born Amara Lynee Maple on September 6, 1996, in McHenry, Illinois, Lana Rhoades entered the adult industry in April 2016 at age 19 and became one of its most recognized performers within a remarkably short window of active studio work.

Early Life and Entry

Lana grew up near Chicago in a working-class household, raised by a single mother alongside three siblings. She was a cheerleader and gymnast in school and graduated early at 17. Before adult work, she held jobs at Tilted Kilt, Hooters, and The Olive Garden. Her path into the industry began through a Craigslist ad that led to her first scene with FTV Girls.
