Born Kristie Marie Lisa on March 28, 1977, in Allentown, Pennsylvania, Devon entered the adult entertainment industry in 1998 after a brief stint as an exotic dancer. She had won first prize on amateur night at a club in Reading, Pennsylvania, at age 19, which set her on a path toward adult performance.

Early Career and Vivid Entertainment

Devon's on-camera debut came in 1998 with Jules Jordan's New Breed. She quickly signed an exclusive contract with Vivid Entertainment, where she remained from 1998 to 2001. Her first title with the studio was Country Comfort. During this period she also appeared in Virtual Sex with Devon (2001), which earned the AVN Award for Best Interactive DVD. Devon has cited that project as among her proudest work due to the effort involved in its production.

Studio Work and Notable Productions

After her Vivid contract ended, Devon worked with several studios including Digital Playground and Shane's World, where she took on directing duties as well. She appeared in over 200 films across her career, using aliases including Devin, Devin Striker, and Devon Blue. Among her higher-profile credits is Pirates (2005), a notable big-budget production by Digital Playground. She also appeared in Island Fever 3 (2004), which was recognized as the first adult film released in WMV-HD format.

Devon collaborated with performers such as Jesse Jane, Teagan Presley, and Jeanna Fine over the course of her career.
