Born Kaitlyn Michelle Siragusa on December 2, 1993, in Houston, Texas, Amouranth built her public presence from the ground up, starting with self-taught costume design around 2010. Her early cosplay work was detailed enough to earn recognition from institutions including the Houston Grand Opera and Houston Ballet. She also founded a children's entertainment company called A Charmed Affair, which provided character performers styled after Disney Princesses.

Streaming Career

Twitch invited her to the platform in 2016 to showcase her costume-making process, and her channel expanded steadily from there into gaming, ASMR, and general content. By 2021, she had become one of the more-watched female streamers on the platform. She was among the first streamers to incorporate ear-licking ASMR content, and she is credited with starting the hot tub streaming trend that year, in which streamers sat in small inflatable pools wearing swimwear. Twitch responded by creating a dedicated hot tub category. She received multiple bans from the platform over the course of her career for content that violated its terms of service. In October 2022, during a livestream, Amouranth revealed that she had been secretly married to Nick Lee and alleged that he had controlled her finances and pressured her content decisions. In 2025, she faced criticism over remarks made on stream that were characterized as anti-LGBTQ. On March 2, 2025, she and her husband were assaulted during a home invasion at their Houston residence by masked individuals seeking access to cryptocurrency.
